What people ask before booking a trip on a plan.

Which travel companies accept Scalapay?+

Travel partners change with the season, so the live list sits in the Scalapay app. Where it is offered, Scalapay appears as a payment option at booking.

Can I split a flight and hotel booked separately?+

Yes. Each booking creates its own plan, as long as each order sits between $200 and $5,000.

What if my trip is cancelled?+

If the travel provider refunds the booking, the remaining installments are cancelled. Timing follows the provider's refund policy.

Do my payments have to finish before I travel?+

No. Installments run from the booking date, so a trip booked well ahead is often paid off before departure, but that is not a requirement.

Can I use a longer plan for an expensive trip?+

Yes. Plans of 6 to 36 months are available through our banking partner for larger bookings, with the rate shown before you agree.
