Which furniture stores accept Scalapay?+

Home and furniture partners are listed in the Scalapay app, which stays current as retailers join. At checkout, Scalapay appears where it is available.

Do payments start before my furniture is delivered?+

Yes. Installments run from the order date, so on a long lead time you may pay one or more installments before delivery.

Can I split a whole room in one order?+

Yes, up to $5,000 per order and within your available spending limit. Many people split each room separately to keep individual plans smaller.

What if a large item arrives damaged?+

The retailer handles damage under their policy. A full refund cancels your remaining installments.

Is a longer plan available for expensive furniture?+

Yes. Plans of 6 to 36 months come through our banking partner, with the full terms shown at checkout before you agree.
